Abdominoplasty Surgery.

What is Abdominoplasty Surgery?

Abdominoplasty is a surgical procedure performed on individuals with significant sagging skin in the abdominal area due to various reasons. Abdominoplasty surgery is suitable for individuals who have experienced post-pregnancy sagging, developed abdominal deformities due to rapid weight loss, or undergone bariatric surgery. Abdominoplasty is not exclusive to female patients and is also performed on males who have experienced abdominal sagging following bariatric surgery or weight loss without surgery.

Some types of abdominoplasty include:

  1. Full Abdominoplasty: In this procedure, excess fat and skin are removed from the lower abdomen, the abdominal wall muscles are tightened, and the skin around the belly button is reshaped. This procedure is generally performed for more extensive abdominal issues.
  2. Mini Abdominoplasty: In this procedure, a smaller incision is typically made to correct sagging in the lower abdomen. The abdominal wall muscles can be tightened, and the skin can be slightly tightened, but it is a less invasive option compared to a full abdominoplasty and is used for cases requiring less extensive correction.
  3. Endoscopic Abdominoplasty: In this procedure, excess fat and skin in the abdominal area are removed using an endoscope (a type of imaging device), and the abdominal wall muscles are tightened endoscopically. This method can be less invasive, and the recovery period is generally faster.
  4. Abdominoplasty with Hernia Repair: In some patients, abdominal wall hernias (weak points between muscles) are repaired during abdominoplasty. This can be performed as part of the abdominoplasty procedure and may help achieve a smoother appearance in the abdominal area.

Back Lift

Different from liposuction, which targets the removal of excess fat cells from beneath the skin and focuses on tightening the skin, Bra Line Back Lift specifically aims to remove excess skin and fat that appear around the bra line area, particularly on the back. By eliminating this sagging skin and excess fat, it's possible to enhance the visual contour and achieve a much younger, smoother, and more natural appearance of the skin. This procedure can also be combined with other aesthetic surgeries such as breast lift, breast reduction, and tummy tuck.

What is Arm Lift?

Arm lift surgery is a procedure performed to remove unwanted subcutaneous fat tissue and sagging skin in the arm area in order to restore firmness.

Why is it done?

Sagging and loose arm skin can be a source of dissatisfaction for individuals, especially noticeable when wearing sleeveless clothing. When both arms are extended, sagging resembling bat wings appears in the lower part.

This condition, which can cause both physical and emotional discomfort, can be addressed through surgery.

Why does arm skin sag?

Arm sagging is often caused by factors such as aging, genetic predisposition, fluctuations in weight, excessive sun exposure, and the effects of gravity.

Sagging in the back and inner arm areas, where the skin and subcutaneous tissue are looser, is often due to a combination of fat accumulation and skin laxity.

How is arm lift performed?

The excess skin is reshaped by removing it through incisions made either from the armpit or the inner elbow. If there is excess fat, it may be removed either through liposuction or directly through incisions. Esthetic sutures are used to close the incisions.

How long does arm lift surgery take?

The duration of arm lift surgery typically ranges from 1 to 3 hours, depending on the condition of the area and the chosen method of treatment.

Is arm lift a painful procedure?

Any mild discomfort or pain following the operation can be managed with pain relievers provided by your doctor, gradually diminishing and subsiding.

Type of Anesthesia

Arm lift surgery is performed under general anesthesia or sedation with local anesthesia in a hospital setting.

What is Thigh Lift?

Thigh lift (thighplasty)” is a cosmetic surgery procedure that removes excess skin and fat, reshaping your thighs to give you a more contoured appearance. It also alleviates discomfort and irritation caused by constant friction between your thighs.

Who gets thigh lift surgery?

If you have experienced significant weight loss, you may consider thigh lift surgery. Extreme weight loss can lead to changes in skin tone and loss of elasticity in areas like your thighs, which tend to store excess fat. This can result in:

  • Cellulite or dimpled, uneven skin.
  • Rashes or chafing.
  • Bleeding and changes in skin color.
  • Sagging skin.
